What you'll do
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success and retention
Understand customers' needs and goals, and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their desired outcomes
Proactively identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients
Monitor customer usage and adoption of our products, and proactively identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and usage
Manage customer accounts, including onboarding new customers, providing ongoing support, and managing renewals and upsells
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience
Provide timely and effective resolution to customer issues and inquiries, escalating issues as necessary
What you'll need
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field would be advantageous. However, candidates from other academic backgrounds with a strong entrepreneurial mindset are also encouraged to apply for this opportunity
Experience in Agriculture or related fields will be beneficial
Strong self-initiative in problem-solving and ability to think strategically
Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and self-motivated
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
