What you'll do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success and retention

  • Understand customers' needs and goals, and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their desired outcomes

  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients

  • Monitor customer usage and adoption of our products, and proactively identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and usage

  • Manage customer accounts, including onboarding new customers, providing ongoing support, and managing renewals and upsells

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer issues and inquiries, escalating issues as necessary 

What you'll need

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field would be advantageous. However, candidates from other academic backgrounds with a strong entrepreneurial mindset are also encouraged to apply for this opportunity

  • Experience in Agriculture or related fields will be beneficial

  • Strong self-initiative in problem-solving and ability to think strategically

  • Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and self-motivated

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
